What Does The Following Test Results Indicate?
Answers to your questions are below
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.
I have gone through the reports attached. I will answer your queries in the order.
1. Am i Diabetic or prone to Diabetic in Future Since i have Fatty liver and my Sugar Fasting Levels are 121 and overweight too height is 160 cm and weight is 70 kg???
---Yes, you are prone to get diabetic in future, this hold good if you have a family history of diabetes. A good and healthy life style can postpone the condition.
2. Is my Liver is much Damaged due to alcohol since SGOT , SGPT , GGT levels are High and i have been under medications taking tablets AFLD , TS-LIV 52, Nextop-25 , Essenentiale-L for over a month but my GGT levels are up 10 points and i quit alcohol completely now but Dont know whats the reason for the rise in GGT level even my doctors were surprised at it How can i reduce it???
----No, liver is not much damaged. Need not worry. I would consider it just the initial stage of liver damage, if continued drinking it could have worsened. Since you have stopped there is no reason to worry. The liver will get well with above medications, may be within one or two months.
3. Does Exercise and reducing weight Provide a remedy for Lowering all levels of SGOT , SGPT , GGT and Sugar fasting levels and diabetic prone in future ???
----Yes, for sure. Exercise and weight loss will help to recover faster and maintain good health in liver. Also, it does postpone diabetes.
4. Are there any other risks or symptons these test incidate like cardio vascular disease etc ???
----No, not with these values. I would not worry of any cardiovascular diseases.
5. Does dipping tobacco also lead to fatty live or liver cirrohosis or diabetes or reasons behind the high levels of SGOT , SGPT , GGT i used to dip often do i need to quit it immediately ???
----Yes, tobacco does harm but in a different way than alcohol. Quitting tobacco is essential to prevent cardiovascular diseases.
Hope, I answered your queries.
Wish you good health.
regards,

Insulin isn’t secreted by liver…
Detailed Answer:
I was away from internet due to personal reasons and couldn’t communicate to you. I am sorry about that.
Before I answer your specific concerns, I wish to clear your thoughts. Liver isn’t the organ of insulin secretion. Insulin is secreted from a gland known as pancreas. Therefore if there are no other factors involved fatty liver doesn’t play serious role in diabetes development. So you shouldn’t be overly worried about it. Nevertheless, you have some features/reports that suggest you need life style improvement to prevent future diabetes. Let me clarify this through my answers.
1. I am sorry, I misinterpreted your family history. However as I said in the beginning, your weight and deranged blood sugar values are factors to suggest that you are at some risk for future diabetes. But a good life style can delay if not prevent it.
That being said, fatty liver per se has no direct link with diabetes. Moreover fatty liver is still a reversible condition if you can set things, I mean your life style right.
2. It is true you should work to improve your liver health. But as I said, this has no relation to blood sugar and diabetes.
3. Fatty liver has no clear symptoms. Most often it is diagnosed incidentally. So your current symptoms may or may not have a link to fatty liver. Discuss with your local doctor to understand if there are any other causes to explain the symptoms. Until then the dyspeptic symptoms should improve with improved diet.
4. You need to avoid high fat diet. Add lot of fibres. Drink plenty of fluids. Start aerobic exercises. Bring down your weight. And don’t touch alcohol. These are my dietary and life style advice to you.
5. Fasting blood sugar is an indicator of how your blood sugar behaves overnight. You seem to have some disturbances which can be attributed to diabetes/prediabees. You might consider working with diabetologist/endocrinologist to understand/start treatment.
6. GGT is commonly elevated with alcoholic. But there are other causes too. As all other liver parameters are normal, we might observe GGT values for couple of more months and then act accordingly. This is my personal opinion. You can act as per your current doctor’s advice.
7. Tobacco is more toxic than alcohol. It is linked with multiple conditions and cancers. However it may not be the key factors that caused blood sugar disturbance or fatty liver. So you should avoid it in all forms.
8. If you have quit alcohol for more than 3 months, there are no contraindication towards blood donation, though you have fatty liver changes, GGT abnormalities and are taking those medicines. However you will be screened for infections before approving it.
I tried to keep this as simple and as clear as possible. If you have any doubts, you are free to ask me.
