Brief Answer:
Some nutritional deficiencies

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for your query.

I have seen your reports. There are some minor issues that can be corrected with supplements.

Firstly your MCV, etc values and vit B12 levels suggest that you have megaloblastic anemia. You will need folate and B12 supplements after getting the serum folic acid checked. B12 should be taken as injection weekly for 5 weeks and then switch to oral supplements for atleast 3 - 6 months. I also need to know if you take non-vegetarian food. If you take non-vegetarian foods, then oral B12 supplements will not be effective and you will need to take injectable supplements only.

Secondly, your TSH level is quite high. I need to know if you have symptoms like fatigue, weight gain etc. Most probably you will need thyroid supplements. Can repeat the test in a month to see how the values change. Consult an endocrinologist for treatment.

Thirdly your vit D levels are also low. You may have symptoms like bone pain, etc due to it. You should take vit D supplements in the dose of atleast 20,000IU per week. Spend sometime daily in sunshine. Your blood calcium levels are normal and you do not need calcium supplements with it.

Your homocysteine levels are slightly high. High homocysteine levels predispose a person for heart issues. But I will not worry about it at these levels.

Otherwise your reports are ok for your age. Exercise daily for atleast 20 min and take cleaner food and water.

Hope it helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
