Brief Answer:
Fibroid
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
welcome to health care magic.
This report says a small fibroid is there in her uterus.
It is normal to have such small fibroid at her age and does not need any treatment if she has no problems like severe bleeding or pain during Menses.
Kindly let me know about your symptoms.
As of now this seems to be incidental finding and does not need any treatment.
Regards
