The endometrial thickness is 9mm. Ovaries (both) preserved color Doppler arterial blood flow. Left ovarian cyst 20mm x 19mm.(normal appearance) No adnexal masses, no free fluid with in cul-de-sac What is a Sonographic surveillance?
