What Does The Following Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Please give details and feedback.
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history, medications and surgeries that you have undergone.
If the cyst is reported as a ''simple cyst in the liver'' on ultrasonography or CT scan, you should not be worried at all. If anything more is added to the diagnosis than this, then only there is need to worry.
Do you mean that the pain at the anus is returning back? Or something more than this?
Please give detail so that we can discuss further.
- How are the motions (BM)- consistency, frequency, smell, black (malena anytime)?
- Any associated symptoms of bloating, nausea, vomiting?
- Any other symptoms like fever, loss of appetite and weight or any symptoms that you would like to add whether related or unrelated to the present problems?
- Diabetes or thyroid problems?
- Any fissure in ano at the moment?
Waiting for your feedback.

Stress and anxiety/ IBS ?
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your appreciation.
Sorry for the delay for surgeries were lined up and has some emergencies.
The feeling of the razor blades on fire in lower abdomen and vaginal area noted. I do not think this can be related to the fissure you had. The pain and numbness has started again in the vaginal area and the abdominal pain never goes away as per your history.
Stools may be black due to iron you take.
Colonoscopies are normal, no appetite, lost 30 pounds in 6 months, also have RA, fibromyalgia, peripheral neuropathy from 2 back surgeries.
Please post the reports of your thyroid function tests so that I can infer from them.
Just wanted to know the details about the decompressed colon.
I was just wondering whether the level of the stress and/or anxiety are too much in your case wither as a cause or due to other problems that you have detailed nicely.
If it is so, control of the stress and anxiety can help to a large extent.
Please feel free to give further feedback and post the reports of your thyroid function tests and give me details about the decompressed colon in spite of normal colonoscopies. IBS may be another reason.

More of a IBS, I can understand the situation you are going through.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your detailed feedback.
Read and re-read it to understand the causes and I feel that the stress and anxiety are the major factors. And you have the reasons for it.
If the reports of thyroid, colonoscopy and other tests are normal, this is a very good thing for you. It is really lucky to have such reports and you will be better off with the least possible medicines.
No RA symptoms ins spite of high titres- this again is a good thing.
IBS is related to the stress and anxiety and not related to any other medicines, please do not connect it to anything else.
I would advise you to first have a detailed discussions with your GP, get the things sorted out nicely, try to be on the least possible medicines, you may not need so many. Please see that healthier the life better would be the cope-up capacity. I hope you are getting my point.
You can also try the alternative methods like meditation, getting involved into old-time hobbies, anything constructive and this will help you to recover still faster and better.
Once you are on the path of recovery, I would also advise you to see the parents as I can feel your urgency to meet them.
I can really understand the way you are going through the situation, but it is the way the life goes on, many times everyone in life really feels helpless but I am sure everyone comes out of it too as you too will be.
