As we discussed earlier,your ultrasound images may suggest single dominant follicle in left ovary.Every month one follicle becomes prominent and takes part in ovulation from either of the two ovaries.
You may need follow up to see progression of left dominant follicle.
There is no dominant follicle in right ovary.
Uterus appears normal.
