What Does The Following Upper Endoscopy Report Indicate?

Question: Hello, doctor i am very scared these as i an unable to get a good advise by my doctor 10 days before i went to my doctor for My Gerd and ibs Problem doctor Advise me to Do an upper endoscopy with sigmoidscopy and a whole abdominal ultrasound with sgpt & sgot all reports comes normal expect Ultrasound which shows gall bladder slightly thickened and echogenic wall clinical correlation for cholecystitis and liver parenchyma shows grade 2 fatty infiltration . Please advise me is this a cancer or a major problem i am really very scared he also advise me to loose weight as i am a obese person weight 95 kg and height 5.7" please help also i foundsome mysterious white chwem gum like substance some times in my stools which scared me evwn lot please help me i am just 26 just married man ..
Is this liver and gallbladder comdition reversible

Is anything more serious has to come please

None of your symptoms is suggestive of any cancer. They are not major issues.
The white gum like thing is mucus which is normal secretion of the colon. Mucus might be increased in IBS. So there is no need to get scared.
Yes, as advised by your doctor, you need to reduce weight for resolution of your fatty liver.

The common risk factors are - alcohol intake, obesity, diabetes and high cholesterol.

Hard With mucous And Every time i go to toilet i feel like bowel dosnt empty and blood is quite red and Itching in the anal is irritates me alot
