Brief Answer:
It seems to be acute UTI.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query ,based on the report of your routine urine test that you have posted it appears that you have acute UTI .

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Do you have pain in abdomen ?
2) Do you have symptoms like burning urination ,frequency for urination ,urgency etc ?

Coudy urine with presence of WBC and ,RBC strongly suggest UTI.

Get your routine urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.

Please take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefexime along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily .Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to drink more water. To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions , I shall be happy to help you .
Thanks and Regards.

I have mild pressure...but no real abdominal pain

Earlier in the week...more pressure to urinate almost hourly and more discomfort while urinating. Woke up 4-5 times

Last few days....still pressure, but more manageable....still every 2 hours or so.

Mild burning....has decreased a little last 2 days...but still have some.
