Brief Answer:
There is albumin in urine, needs medicine like ace inhibitor

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Significant finding in the report is presence of protein albumin in the urine. It's basically indicates the mild form kidney damage due to diabetes. This is a risk factor for further kidney damage.
She needs to be started on medicine called as ACE inhibitor like tab Ramipril 2.5 mg once a day, which will protect the kidneys. This is a Blood pressure medication with renoprotective effect. So blood pressure should be frequently checked. Also, potassium levels needs to be check after 3-4 days of starting this medicine. Also, tight sugar control is needed. So get this medicine prescribed from local doctor.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts. All the best.

No it's not a serious problem

Detailed Answer:
No it's not serious problem. But should be intervened at early stage. She is not receiving ace inhibitor so you can request your local doctor for the same.
In general, she should have a healthy lifestyle like avoiding fatty, oily and high calorie diet. Have low salt diet and monitor blood pressure regularly and bp should not be persistently more than 140/90 mmhg, preferably less than 130. Regular exercises like brisk walking, or just walking according her capacity atleast 30 min a day and 5 days a week. Lots of green leafy vegetables, fruits, fish once or twice a week, avoid meat.
