Brief Answer:
Possibility of coeliac disease is high in his case.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
I have gone through the report you have attached.
The report you have attached is quite old one. It is almost 8 months old report.
So I want some details about his illness before commenting further.
1. What are his exact symptoms?
2. Since how many days he is symptomatic?
3. Is he having diarrhoea and weight loss?
4. Have you ruled out coeliac disease?
5. Is he having allergy to dust, pollens, chemicals etc?
I am asking all these because possibility of coeliac disease is high in his case.
It is type of malabsorption syndrome seen in children.
So please reply me answers of above asked questions, so that I can guide you better.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wishing good health to your son.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Avoid all eggs.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your problem.
So your son is not having coeliac disease.
He is having allergy to eggs, cow milk, wheat.
So better to avoid all kinds of eggs.
Avoid cow milk. You can give him goat 's milk but with observation.
Also avoid wheat. You can give maida or corn flour.
Montelukast is good anti allergic drug. And can be useful in food allergy as well.
Hope I have solved your query.

Thanks for your follow up question on HCM.
Some maida is containing small amount of gliadin.
So you can give him maida and if he is comfortable than maida can be given.
Corn flour is good option.
And what is panned? I don't know any food item with this name.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wishing good health to your son.
