Brief Answer:
The reports are absolutely okay.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to Health Care Magic. thank you for posting your query.
I can understand your concern.

I have gone through all your reports in details.

Everything is normal.

The haemoglobin is a bit low (11) - nothing to be alarmed of.
LDL cholesterol is in the high normal range.
Otherwise all reports are normal.

I would suggest you to
- Avoid food containing transfats like chips and oily food a bit.
- Regularly exercise for 30 minutes a day.
- I would start tablet Hemfer XT - these are iron tablets.

I would suggest you to visit a clinician . He/she can examine you and correlate clinically.
As for the reports nothing to worry.

Regards.
