red blood cells _ absent
wt kind of infection it is..

I have gone through the mentioned report. It does not show signs of any bacterial infection (where pus cell count would have been raised). In such a case antibiotics are meaningless to be given. However if you have started Bacigyl N, please complete the course in order to avoid development of antibiotic resistance.

Could be viral in origin.

As I mentioned, I doubt if there is any infection (clinical correlation required for confirmation). If there is any infection, rotavirus is a very common cause that could present with similar stool picture.
