Question: My daughter's age is 7 yrs.following the results,kindly advise
Alkaline Phosphatase = 434 u/l
GGT = 101 u/l
SGOT = 77.u/l
SGPT = 142 u/l

I have got this test done in a general routine, She has no symptoms as such except she is bulky and weight is 48 kgs.Further a local doctor have suggested to revise these tests along with hepatis B test and urine culture along with Sonography to find out the fatty liver.

There is no need for so many investigations. She is most likely suffering from fatty liver which is a common diagnosis in asymptomatic obese kids. An ultrasound abdomen is sufficient to confirm the diagnosis. You may upload the ultrasound report for my review.
The best way of management is dietary modification and lifestyle changes. Ensure a fibre rich diet which is good in proteins but low in carbohydrates and fats. Outdoor sports and activities such as cycling, swimming, dancing, jogging, exercising etc will have added advantage.
Plenty of water especially after waking up in the morning and before meals will help.
