Thanks for your quick response.
Is this level of E Coli a reason of major concern.
As my gync is out of town for next two days, should i need to see some other gync or can i wait for two more days and continue the medicine ?

Brief Answer:
continue same medicine
Detailed Answer:
Keep taking the medicine as advised and you will be relieved of symptoms and infection.
There is no need to visit another gynecologist and you can wait till your doctor is back in town.
Just keep drinking loads of water and ample rest as advised.
All the best
