What Does The Presence Of Worms After Urination Indicate?

Question: After urinating I observed in the bowl a small 3/8" long skinnin ringworm looking worm that I thought was dead but actually started moving like a snake. It is dark brown. Is that possible? what might it be and what effect?
I am a very healthy active 69 year old male
