I AM MARRIED WITH 2 CHILDREN AGE 8 AND 6. WE DECIDED TO BUT A BREAK BECAUSE OF MY WIFE CONDITION. BUT WHEN WE RESUMED SHE TOOK IN 2012 AND LETTER LOST THE PREGNANCY. EVER SINCE THEN GETTING HER PREGNANT BECAME VERY DIFFICULT. I RAN A SEMEN ANALYSIS, AND THE FOLLOW WAS THE RESULTS.

I am so sorry to hear about the difficulties you have been going through. Honestly, the report is not great. It makes the chances to be very slim. However, we need just a single sperm to do the job and there is a small probability that ypu may be able to get one someday to accomplish the task.
Remember, there are many other ways that cam help increase your chances. Though the sperms are not great, we can select a good one under the microscope and put close to an egg to increase these chances tremendously. This is termed in vitro fertilization. Ask your doctors about this.
In all, naturally would seem very difficult. Other measures like in vitro fertilization would improve the chances greatly.

So no drugs can ever help me pregnant my wife apart from IVF options?
