Brief Answer:
You have what is called as Oligozooashanospermia

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have what is called as Oligozooashanospermia.

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) What is your age?
2) Are you married? and trying for baby?

You have Oligozooasthanospermia meaning there by that your sperm count is very low and have no active motile sperms which are important for conception.

Ideally speaking there are no medications that can increase the quantity of active motile sperms .However Following measure will help you to improve sperm count and motility of sperms .
1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E.and Zinc
3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday..
4) Avoid alcohol and smoking.

Taking Clomiphene once daily will help to increase sperm count .

Presence of 6-8 pus cells suggest infection either in Seminal Vesicle or Prostate .You need to take antibiotics like Doxicycline twice daily for one month.

Consult qualified Infertility specialist fot evaluation and further treatment.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

Brief Answer:
Truly speaking there are no medicines that can improve motility of sperms.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for feedback .
Truly speaking there are no medicines that can improve motility of sperms .However the general measures which I have suggested earlier do help to improve motility of sperms.

The grey coloured semen has no significance.

Consult qualified Infertility specialist for help to explore possibility of conception with the help of newly assisted reproductive techniques like IVF or ICSI.

Thanks and Regards.
