Brief Answer:
premature ovarian failure

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
thanks for the query to hcm,
The problem here is with both of you. Lets start with you. Your AMH levels are way too low indicating that your ovarian reserve is very poor and there are hardly any ovum available for fertilisation. This is further supported by high FSH & LH levels which indicate that you have reached a stage of PREMATURE OVARIAN FAILURE and hence conception would less likely be possible naturally.

For your husband , he suffers from treat-asthenozoospermia which is increased defective and less actively motile sperms with infection also evident in semen analysis. His counts and quality can be increased with medication for next 3 months but in your case natural conception are less likely
So option would probably be a donor egg in your case.
I hope i have answered your query,
Regards

Brief Answer:
primary ovarian failure

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA), or ovigyn dsr supplementation has been hailed in the IVF world as a potential breakthrough for improving ovarian reserve in women responding poorly to gonadotrophin stimulation and in women of advanced age. DHEA supplementation for at least 3 months has been shown to be associated with spontaneous and treatment-induced pregnancies in women with very high FSH or very low anti-mullerian hormone (AMH) levels.
So you should take ovigyn dsr for 3 months and try for natural conception, there are no 100 per cent chances that you may conceive, but you can try. There are no fixed trials and studies which prove that DHEA IS REMEDIAL FOR primary ovarian failure.
Regards
