Question: transvaginal scanning, results says ' heterogenous endometrium with ares of cystic transformation . Tis may be pysioloic rather than sinister pathology

yes this is physiological but still you have to consult gynecologist.
sometimes due to such physiological condition difficulty in pregnancy is there.
