Brief Answer:
Ultrasound of bladder and kidney advisable

Detailed Answer:
Dear patient,

if there is no bacteria growing there might be other issues going on with bladder or kidney. If you were my patient, ultrasound of bladder and kidney would be the next steps i'd suggest to further proceed diagnostics.

Also chlamydia or ghonorrhea need to be ruled out by swap and pcr test (urine dna test) if there was any unprotected sexual contact, since those don't show up in normal bacterial culture.

Hope this is helping you , if you have any clarificatons you can get back to me, if this was helpful please kindly rate my answer. Best regards
