Brief Answer:
urine culture and sensitivity to be done

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
At 30 weeks of pregnancy, even a minor urinary infection can become a full blown infection of kidneys due to the alterations induced by pregnancy.
I suggest you give a urine sample for culture and sensitivity and then start her on appropriate antibiotics. I feel you should see your doctor straight away, and after a week, get her urine checked. Confirm that infection has gone away, and maintain on a low dose antibiotic like dporidex 250 mg once at bedtime for the next 9 weeks till delivery.
She certainly can improve her fluid intake to improve urine output, and if an ultrasound of kidneys and bladder has not been done so far, please get that done as well to confirm there is no unusual swelling of kidneys.
Hope I have been of help.
