Sometimes however if your blood sugar is very elevated it can cause ketones to be present in the urine. Please talk about this with your doctor in great detail.
if your doctor suspects a possible infection he might send your sample for a culture. This will help you and your doctor decide if antibiotics are needed. Otherwise I would recommend that you continue to lead a very active lifestyle with a well-balanced diet and healthy exercise at least three or four days per week.

White blood cells could mean some inflammation in the urinary tract or possibly a urinary tract infection.
Epithelial cells are skin cells - usually not seen in a urine sample.
Occult blood is blood which cannot be seen to the naked eye. A fewred blood cells in the urinary tract can cause this.
