I am Dr Madhuri a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynecologist. I understand you posted this question to an internal medicine physician. But as your concern is related to gynecology I choose to help you.

It seems that you had a cyst problem in the uterus and have undergone two surgeries for it.
It is very unsual to have uterine cysts but cystic endometrium or cystic uterine lining is a common finding. So I assume that this is most likely your case.

This is a very common condition after 35 years of age and occurs due to hormonal imbalances especially in obese women.

I would be extremely thankful if you are able to provide to me the details of investigations if any as well as what were the surgeries [ D and C or hysteroscopy or what and if any sample was sent to pathologist for examination, also report of ultrasound]. These are the mainstay to decide about proper course of therapy.

If the d and c is negative and a histopathology of the uterine lining [ endometrium] does not show a cancer or atypia then we go for drugs like medroxyprogesterone twice daily for 21 days to help control the lining thickness. If they are not effective then a course of oral contraceptive pills like femilon can be used. Other options are endometrial ablation [ higher failure rate] and use of progesterone containing uterine devices. Hysterectomy is an option if women are not responding to first line therapies.
About nutrilite: it is just a vitamin and protein supplement and is not known to help in such cases. You may or may not take it this will not have any effect on the uterine lining.

I have already said that these are just supplements. They will not have any effect on the uterine lining at all.

We usually recommend B complex and calcium after 30 years of age as they are important for well being and also calcium is lost from the body after 30 so needs supplement. It is not necessary for you to take nutrilite specifically you may take any product that gives calcium and b complex vitamins. If there is less hemoglobin then iron supplementation may also be needed.

The best one to prescribe this would be your doctor who has examined you and understands your specific needs. Otherwise calcium and b complx are routinely recommended.
