Brief Answer:
Normal report

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have through your question and understand the concerns.
These are normal reports of endometrial thickness, LH and FSH for the preovulatory period.
Endometrial thickness of more than 7 mm is going for conception.
Please mention the ovarian follicle size and the day of the period so that I can help you better.

Brief Answer:
Normal reports

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have reviewed the reports.
The reports are normal.
Only the ultrasound is showing polycystic ovaries which are the likely cause of inability to conceive in your case.
However, the follicle has ruptured in this cycle, as evident from the follicular monitoring, and hence there are high chances of pregnancy in this cycle.
