Question: I had a CBC done and all but two test were within range except for my White Blood Cells which was 4.1 vs 4.5-11.0 range and my lymphocytes RElative was 50 vs 24-44 range. I have been feeling tired and food and drinks have not tasted the same. Should this be a concern?

Brief Answer:
Viral infection causes increase in lymphocyte.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

Increased lymphocyte count may be due to many reasons like viral infection, allergy etc.
You need clinical correlation and it is not a serious condition.

Mildly decreased WBC count is also not a serious condition.Few infections like typhoid fever causes decrease in WBC count. Also, normally there may be slight variation.
It is important to know your clinical finding.

There are many cases of tiredness. You need few other investigations like random blood sugar, lipid profile.Further investigations can be done if needed.

Most likely this is a temporary phase of illness and you will recover soon.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your question.
Further queries are most welcome.
