What Does This CECT Scan Report Indicate?

My complain was I have pain in the right side of my pubic , up to the groin.
Pain persists still. It’s more in the nights.
cECT Scan of abdomen and Pelvis result-
1. Features of mild chronic Sacroiliitis on the right side.
2. Lumbar spondylosis.
3. Mild diffuse vertical wall thickening-? Cystitis. Suggested clinical correlation.what should I do .met orthopaedic and urologist it did not help. Pain persists.
Physiotherapy is the best..

I read your question completely and have understood it well enough..
Please note..
1. Pain, right side of the pubic bone extending to groin.
Yes Chronic Sacroilitis can cause such pain..
And physiotherapy is the best advised treatment.
Along with Ultrasound Heat therapy if available.
2. Lumbar Spondylosis is not a major concern..
3. Cystitis Is urinary bladder inflammation..
And usually, it should subside by then..
4. Best is, if possible to get a CT plain of KUB region.
And see if there are any stones.
And, start physiotherapy..
