Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry about, some tests are required

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question. Welcome to HCM.

I've read your query and reviewed the images

Well, this is a high value, but it is not as high as to be considered clinically significant. The upper limit of creatine phospho kinase - myocardium brain (CK-MB) is 25. It has to be at least two to three-fold higher to be significant. Although I am not concerned about this phenomenon.

I would however recommend some cardiac tests, so we can be relieved and without worries:

- EKG - used to assess the heart electrical system at resting state; and
- cardiac stress test - used to assess the heart electrical system while exercising, thus depicting any possible problem with coronary arteries.

This is all assuming that you have not had any symptoms, such as severe tenderness in the mid chest while commiting an effort, excessive cold sweating, excessive general malaise, nausea and vomiting, etc.

I hope my answer is helpful. If you have follow-up questions, I am happy to help.

Best regards,
Dr. Meriton
