Brief Answer:
nothing to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
It is a fairly common occurrence to find lesions in kidneys when a CT scan is being performed for some other cause. These incidentally detected lesions are most likely cysts on the kidney which are filled with clear fluid and in over 98% of individuals do not cause trouble, though they may enlarge slowly with age. Serial ultrasound examination annually should be sufficient to know if the cysts are becoming unusually large or if they appear complex following which you may need further investigations.
Again, picking up a small stone in the kidney by CT scan is common, and as long as the size is less than 6 mm and the stone is not causing obstruction, you can improve your fluid intake and see if the stone passes away spontaneously.
Hope I have been able to reassure you.
