Brief Answer:
This liver cysts will require urgent medical attention.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

Your CT abdomen report is showing several incidental liver cysts which could be due to bacterial infection and may require physician advice and treatment.

This kind of liver cysts are usually remain asymptomatic, and most people may not be aware about that.

Since this liver cysts don't disturb the normal functioning of the body and may not require urgent medical attention but In case, this cysts are big (more than 2 to 3 cm) or person develops clinical symptoms, it would be advisable to seek physician's advice and treatment which is done by aspiration and/or surgical removal of the cysts.

However, one should be aware about the complications of liver cysts although they are uncommon, such as
1) infection,
2) jaundice (yellowing of the skin and sclera),
3) bleeding into cyst (causing pain) and disturbance of the flow of bile juice.

As this liver cysts do not carry risks for liver cancer and liver failure. So,there is no need to get panicked.

Therefore,if you have right upper abdominal pain then i would recommend you to consult and seek advice from a physician so as to get proper medical attention.

Thanks and Regards,
