What Does This CT Scan Report Indicate?

Question: From past 2 years he is not able to remember recent event very clearly. For example kept glass or medicine some where but not remembered .I had consultation with Psychiatrist .he ask me to do CT scan for brain. kindly give your thought. Report for CT scan is attached.

He has already blood pressure. Forgetfulness can be symptom of dementia. As there is no specific finding in CT scan it is likely Alzheimer type of dementia.
XXXXXXX mental status examination and detail history are required with psychological assessment to diagnose the problem.

Treatment includes social and behavioural modifications with medicines like donepezil and memantine. Please ask his psychiatrist to start the treatment after confirmation of diagnosis.
