Brief Answer:
Nothing alarming

Detailed Answer:
Dear friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

The Echocardiogram is NORMAL

ECG is suggestive (not confirmatory) of left atrial and left ventricular enlargement. ECG is recording of electrical potentials only – the interpretation depends on correlation with the total clinical picture. Such finding may mean chamber enlargement or conduction delay – but with normal ECHO and examination, and absence of symptoms, it has NO SIGNIFICANCE.

If there is any symptom, or at times to be proactive, one should have stress ECG (Treadmill Exercise ECG)

Take care
Good luck

Brief Answer:
Relax / Detail below

Detailed Answer:
Hi

1.     There is no significant variation apart from a little change in P
2.     The duration of P wave is a little longer / not alarming / nothing to do / no treatment specifically directed to it – We only treat patient not the ECG! / need only treat the underlying/associated cause like hypertension /
3.     Tension / Anxiety can cause a rapid rate; it can cause muscle twitching, leading to electrical interference in recording;
4.     Yes, we see a change in P – all changes are not necessarily abnormal.
The P wave duration a bit longer. It can be a normal variation / or enlargement of the chamber / or secondary to ventricular hypertrophy / or intra-atrial conduction abnormality… /
Like any other investigation, it should not be interpreted in isolation but in total clinical picture
It has no significance here – because the ECHO is normal
