Brief Answer:
It's a normal variant and no need to worry about the same

Detailed Answer:
Hello, I am Dr. Mody and I will be addressing your concern.
The ekg report you have sent is a normal variant.
IVCD stands for interventricular conduction defect, non specific is when it can't be classified into right / left bundle block, as the Qrs duration is less than 140 msec, it's considered normal conduction.
It has no much clinical relevance and it may be present in normal population, so don't worry for the same, and keep living a normal life.
You may upload the ecg so I can interpret it for you as the interpretation you have mentioned is machine doing, which may be wrong in 40% of cases.
Regards Dr Priyank Mody
