Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.
Based on the data you provided (especially the TMT test which was negative) you are at low risk for cardiovascular events.
However in order to properly evaluate your cardiovascular risk I would like to check your ecg image and other tests by my self. Can you please upload the ecg image and other requested data?
Meanwhile I strongly recommend to continue with a healthy lifestyle, baby aspirin and crestor to reduce further cardiovascular event risk.
I'm waiting for the requested data to be uploaded.
Wish you health!

Brief Answer:
You are at low risk for cardiac events in the category of healthy people
Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
On your reports is written that: "base line ECG showed early repolarisation in iferio-lateral leads". After reviewing your data I confirm that and I would like to say that you shouldn't worry about that it's just an ECG finding and not a disease.
As long as your cardiac echo and stress test (TMT) were normal you shouldn't worry about cardiovascular issues. As long as you continue with a healthy life style and diet and keep your BP and lipids under normal limits nothing is going to happen to you. You are at low risk for cardiovascular events (in the same category with healthy people).
Wish you all the best.
