This is Dr Sameer, cardiologist from Fortis Hospital.
Attached ECG is showing Q wave in all three inferior leads (II, III, aVF).
Presence of q wave generally suggests a underlying old heart event.
I suggest you to do a 2D Echo to rule out the above condition.
