After going through the ecg report attached by you I would like to tell you that the quality of the ecg is very poor.
However it is showing a slow heart rate (sinus bradycardia) with almost full PR interval.
If there is no problem or symptoms to the patient mostly there is nothing ti worry for. Echocardiography can be advised to look for any structural defect of the heart.
