What Does This ECG Report With Normal Stress Test Indicate?

Question: Hi,

I had a cardiology appointment yesterday and the ECG came back Saying "Abnormal Cannot rule out L Anterior Infarc". The Cardiologist wasn't concerned. I have a history of abnormal ECGs and a strong family history of CAD. Two previous Stress Echos 2005/2009 were both normal. My BP is great 107/70...but the cholesteral is high...My next Stree-Echo is next week...should I be worried?
Can they actually do something to help if there is a problem?
