Brief Answer:
Such report can be seen without any serious abnormality

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,

I'll try to explain as much as it is possible without having a look on ECG.

2. Possible right atrial hypertrophy - this particular ECG XXXXXXX can be seen in case if you had very severe pneumonia, which has affected your heart, or if you are heavy smoker. But it can be seen also in many healthy adults without any abnormality. So, the sign of "possible right atrial hypertrophy" on ECG not always associated with any disorder. That's why in such cases we order echocardiography to find out if there is any real problem.

3. abnormal repolarisation, possible coronary ischemia - in your age early repolarisation patterns are common finding and are not related to any disease. It is considered a normal finding.

Hope I could help you

Wishing you good health

Brief Answer:
Welcome back

Detailed Answer:

If you are not heavy smoker for years, don't have complaints of dyspnea or breathlessness, you have very good chances that there will be no abnormality.

Take care
