Brief Answer:
Good Prognosis, Medical management

Detailed Answer:
Hello

After going through the medical details provided by you of your patient i would like to tell you that as she was successfully operated for ASD closure and post operative recovery was uneventful so the prognosis will be good only, the patient will need to be on regular medications in future. No need of hospitalization unless some other medical issue arise.

The Echo report which is showing mild PAH and some gradient will settle down with the passage of time after successful surgery.

Hope this information will answer your query.

Kind Regards
DR Bhanu Partap
