Detailed Answer:
Dear friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic
There are certain ‘changes’ in the ‘septal’ leads (V1-3)
Very often, this could be a normal variant, in many people…
It may, at times, point to an abnormality – right sided heart or reduced blood supply to some segments
ECG – any investigation for that matter – should be interpreted in relation to the total clinical picture / not in isolation
You need physical examination…
ECHOcardiogram is necessary to see the heart valves (Mitral Valve Prolapse) / heart muscle (Cardiomyopathy) and heart function (Ejection fraction, wall motion abnormality)...
TMT – Treadmill exercise ECG (may be with thallium isotope) – is necessary to evaluate ischemia (reduced blood flow / Coronary Artery Disease)
More to rule out – rather than to rule in
See your cardiologist
Take care
Good luck
