I'm NOT impressed, at all - been waiting hours... are you off on Sundays?

Still waiting for one response?! Paid (2x), not one response since original post 2+ hrs ago? I guess "now" is relative, however, you got my payment immediately. Stinks of fraud!
Not grossly abnormal, they may for Echo, TMT. Should not stop the surgery
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
I am Dr. Mody and I am a practising Cardiologist, I would be helping you with your concern
I did go through your ekg. Though in mvp there are many arrhythmia, which may be present even though you may be totally asymptomatic. Your ekg is very much within normal limits. You need not worry for the same and mostly you would get a green signal for the surgery.
There are no ectopic, supraventricular arrhythmia (commonly seen in MVP).
Also as you said that you were never symptomatic, I presume that it must be very mild and no progression, eluding even need of infective endocarditis prophylaxis.
Last if you are concerned about the auto interpretation, it is commonly misdiagnosed in female because of lead placement due to breasts.. The rhythm change you see in the last lead is sinus arrhythmia which is normally seen while you breathe.
Henceforth just based on this ekg, they should not post pone your surgery though they may do a 2d echo or treadmill stress test depending on the prevailing practicing guidelines.
All the best for surgery, I just got the query and I have tried to reply as fast as I could sensing the urgency.
I do apologise on behalf of HCM. Would be on the other side of msg for smallest of enquiry .
Regards Dr Priyank Mody
