Brief Answer:
Explained for your better understanding ma'am

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. For your better understanding I shall explain each aspect of your EKG (ECG) separately.

1. Short PR syndrome: This syndrome has episodes of tachycardia (rapid heart rate) usually found to be hereditiary and not have a sudden or acute onset. Some of the symptoms include lightheadedness, shortness of breath, palpitations, etc. Treatment usually includes finding the cause for tachycardia (the increase in heart rate) and treating or eliminating it. But the medications more commonly used are calcium-channel blockers, digoxin and beta-blockers

2. PRI = 112: The PRI (PR interval) is normally between 120 - 200 ms; in your case it has found to be 112 ms

3. Negative precordial T-waves borderline: Negative precordial T-waves occurs when the 'T' wave in the heart is hyper acute or when it is larger than the V6 (not typical). This is just borderline, and should not currently be a cause for concern. But it does predispose to coronary artery disease in the future, so it would be worth bringing it up with your doctor.

I hope you find my response both helpful and informative ma'am. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help you.

Best wishes.
