Detailed Answer:
Dear Mrs,
1. Incomplete right bundle branch block can be seen in healthy adults, it is not abnormality
2. left anterior fascicular block and abnormal left axis deviation can be caused from your hypertension. If you have adequate blood pressure control, you shouldn't worry
3. for giving explanation of "QRS (T) contour abnormality" and "consider anteroseptal myocardial damage" I must see your ECG. It is desirable to see your previous ECG also for the complete answer.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Mrs XXXXXX,
I would advise you to undergo echocardiography.
The ECG is inconclusive in this case. There are ECG changes but if we want to know the accurate reason for the changes we need echo.
