Brief Answer:
Nothing serious

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.

Your blood results are normal only except for the mildly raised SGPT and GGT which is not significant. It could be probably be due to fatty liver.
Fatty liver has been confirmed by ultrasound scan.

If you have the habit of drinking alcohol, you need to quit it.
Obesity is one of the causes of fatty liver.
You need to reduce weight.
Check your blood glucose levels also.
Do hepatitis B and C tests.

For relief from piles, take high fiber diet and drink enough fluids. If the piles remain "hanging outside", you may require surgery for that. Otherwise high fiber diet/fiber supplements and enough fluids would provide relief.

Let me know if you have any more questions.
Regards,
Dr.R.K.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for getting back to me with more questions.

These medicines are enough.
Your triglyderides are not very high. It can be controlled with dietary changes and exercise. Avoid fatty/oily food.

For grade 2 piles, you do not need surgery. Take lot of vegetbales and fluids. Drink enough fluids.

Hepatitis B (HBsAg) and C (Anti HCV) are blood tests.

For the lonazep issue, you can consult a neurologist.
