Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry. Enzymes will return to normal.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query at the HCM.
I understand your concern and situation.
Yes some of the liver enzymes have been elevated. But nothing to worry as it is common finding in people post antitubercular treatment. The liver enzymes come to the normal levels after stopping treatment, this may take 1-6 months.I would advise you to take liver tonic 2 tsp twice daily for few months. Avoid oily, spicy and junk food. Eat protein rich balanced diet. Reduce the consumption of refined carbohydrates such as sugar, white breads, pasta, pastries, biscuits and desserts. Also avoid sugary processed foods and drinks, deep-fried foods and carbonated beverages and saturated fats such as margarine, butter and animal shortenings. Increase fruits and vegetables in your meals and add garlic, which contains the antioxidant allicin to decrease heavy metals in the liver. Foods that are rich in the B-complex vitamins such as eggs, broccoli, spinach, brown rice and whole grains help to decongest the liver. Also add bitter vegetables such as bitter gourd, mustard greens and chicory to your diet to promote the production of bile in the liver and drink plenty of water to flush out toxins.
Hope I answered your query

Problems will resolve.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I would suggest you not to worry as both the problems are temporary and related to antibiotics tubercular drug use. ATT causes ulcers and elevation of the liver enzymes. I would suggest you to take pantaprazole 40 mg capsule one hour before meals in evening. Take the diet as advised.
Take care
