Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to Health Care Magic, I have gone through your question and reports you have attached with it, very diligently and I will try to help you out in best possible way.
Since you have mentioned about fatty liver, I would like to know about your present weight and height, please upload your ultrasound report as well.
SGPT/ALT and GGT is slightly on the higher side which might be related to liver disease, other than all the parameters are within normal range so you may continue with UDILIV 300mg.
Your thyroid tests and LH and FSH are also within normal range, to interpret LH value I would like to know about your last menstraul period and duration of total period.
Blood urea, serum creatinine, blood sugar serum insulin level all are within normal range.
So looking at your concern of getting pregnant, I would advise you for semen analysis of your husband and Hysterosalpingography to see for patency of fallopian tubes for yourself.
Meanwhile try to reduce your weight if you are overweight by regular physical exercise and dietary restrictions.
Continue with Diane 35 and UDILIV 300 mg as advised by your doctor.
Hope this answers your question please feel free to ask for follow up question I will be happy to help you.
Best wishes
My periods were abnormal since my puberty.(AGE 13), AND MY MOM ALSO HAD IRREGULAR PERIODS.
Clomiphene group of drug is recommended under medical supervision
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome again and thanks for the reports.
I have gone through your transvaginal ultrasound report it is suggestive of multiple cyst and thickened endometrium and there is no dominant follicle is seen.
In my opinion you may require a treatment which stimulate follicle development in ovary.
I am not sure about homeopathic medicine you were taking earlier, please discuss with your doctor what kind of medicine you were taking, if your doctor recommends for it than you can continue with homeopathic medicine.
clomiphene group of drug is available for follicle stimulation about which your doctor knows.
If it doesn't help, and you are young so surgical removal of cyst can also be performed.
Hope this answers your question please feel free to ask for further clarification.
Best wishes
