Brief Answer:
ast and alt may be increased in many causes

Detailed Answer:
HI,
Increase in AST AND ALT means there is some amount of hepatocyte injury ,but we need to know what is the cause for that .
firstly you can get an ultrasound abdomen to rule out fatty liver or any other abnormality in liver because they usuLly cause derangement of ast /alt.
next is viral markers specially HBsAg and Anti HCV by elisa if negative then its fine or any thing is positive we need to treat accordingly.
If the above thing is normal just diet modification like regular exercise and less of oily and fatty food will help you in normalizing the enzymes.
Even after the above measures still there is persistently increase in enzymes then we need to think of some autoimmune causes.
hope your doubt is cleared thank you...

Brief Answer:
if the viral markers negative can give a try of diet modifications

Detailed Answer:
Even though usg abdomen shows fatty liver nd viral markers ,at this situation you can avoid oily food ,and fat containing products ,regular physical activity for atleast half hour a day ,can consider to do for 3 months and repeat the enzymes if there is no change or increase then we need to consider for autoimmune profile to rule our the cause.
and regarding passing frequent urine kindly check your sugar levels and Hba1c levels .
