Question: Hello, can you please explain to me what this means on my MRI report....
The alignment is anatomic. Vertebral body height is normal without compression deformity. Postoperative changes are seen at L4 L5. There is intervertebral disc space narrowing at L4 L5 and L5 S1. Facet hypertrophy is noted throughout the lumbar spine.
