Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
I have noted your symptoms, MRI report and the current treatment.
In a nutshell, you have a spine disease, where there is a combination of degeneration and thickening of a ligament (a structure that joins the bones in spine).
There is bulging of discs (soft tissue between bones of spine) at multiple levels in neck as well as lower back, which are mild, and there is mild pinching of nerves at those levels.
Based on the MRI report, medical treatment is sufficient for you. You are already on correct medications such as pregabalin and methylcobalamin tablets.
In addition, you should also undergo physiotherapy with IFT/ultrasound and back extension exercises.
I hope my reply has helped you.
I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.
Best wishes,

Thank you for getting back.
I can understand your concern, however, I would like to reassure you that 90% of patients with similar problems get better without surgery (with medications and physiotherapy). He is on correct medicines.
He should also continue physiotherapy.
He should avoid lifting heavy objects and should also avoid forward bending.

Some part of the MRI Report was missing when i previously asked u,
the last two lines were missing now i am uploading scanned copy my MRI report
please review and if any suggestion please let me know.
Sir is Medrol 16mg (Steriod) have any negative side effects
if yes what precautions should be taken to minimise the same.
After taking medicine for three days the colour of feet changes
and nerves can been seen there-is this worrying or it is not effect of medicine
Have seen the report.
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back.
I have seen the last two lines of the report.
The current treatment you are taking is fine.
Medrol is a steroid, and if it is taken for a short time period (3-4 weeks), there are no significant side effects.
Change in feet colour and nerves being seen is not worrisome.
Best wishes,
Dr Sudhir Kumar MD DM (Neurology)
