Brief Answer:
You may need a knee replacenment surgery.

Detailed Answer:
Dr. Hanif warmly Welcomes you to my virtual clinic HCM!
I have carefully worked through your case, and can realize your health worries. Being your physician, I will take care all of your medical concerns.

This is right age for knee replacement surgery when everything fails and you are approaching 55 years of age.

In my expert opinion, go for another Orthopedic surgeon and do get a second opinion as I said before that you need replacement surgery. It will help you get out of this painful situation.

You already have Barret's Esophagus and the pain medications if you will take for long time will damage the esophagus and stomach and you may end up in severe gastrointestinal complications too starting from ulcers, bleeding to the carcinomas.

You have no insurance, but you may apply for both Medicaid and Medicare. Medicare can be granted to less than sixty with debilitating diseases.

Have a wonderful time ahead. Hope I answered all of your questions. Let me know if you have any further clinical concerns or doubts. I will be more than happy to get back to you in no time. If satisfied here, please give a generous five star rating and don't forget to close the discussion.
For any disease you have, a timely follow-up after sometime regarding the treatment efficacy and to see any need to change the treatment options is very necessary. Keep a follow up some days after this visit session ends.

Regards!
