Brief Answer:
Chemotherapy suggested
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I have gone through the history and uploaded reports
Your father is suffering from stage 4 cancer
Biopsy must be done to find the primary source of the cancer
At this stage the disease cannot be cured
I would advise him to take palliative chemotherapy
If he tolerates chemotherapy then average survival time is 5 years
Radiotherapy is not suggested at his age
